Instead of moving to the next thing shouting for our attention,
We at Niiv Learning Labs decided to do something about it..
This is how ‘NIIV Better World’ Initiative was born.
What we do?
We pioneered the 21st Century Skills space for Students, Women, and Young Professionals, with Financial Literacy being our forte (we added more relevant courses thereafter).
We decided to take these skills and simplify them for Women and Girls at grassroots, especially the ones who don’t have access to these skills.

Unmanaged or mismanaged Finances can lead to missed growth opportunities, poor access to Education and Health, lagged climb on the social ladder.
A quick and timely training in managing personal finances can thus help Women avoid leakage of funds, aid inclusion in the social mainstream and feel empowered.
